The Project Manager will be responsible for the following: - Time and cost estimations based on client briefs - Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget - Understanding of, and experience with AI tools – internal management for efficiency as well as client solutions - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project - Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels - Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. - Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients. - Ability to push projects forward to completion and manage several projects at once - Coach and promote your team in retrospectives and performance reviews
- 4+ years of experience in managing software development projects or teams. - Solid technical foundation with hands-on understanding of software architecture, coding principles, and modern development frameworks. (Experience in programming or system design is a strong plus.) - Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the ability to establish and maintain effective software management processes. - Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, ensuring compliance with established quality and documentation standards. - Strong skills in analyzing and documenting detailed functional requirements, and translating them into technical deliverables. - Experienced in estimating development effort and implementation timelines for new software projects. - Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Project Management. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. - Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a passion for supporting team growth and development. - Proactive, willing to learn new skills, and share knowledge with others. - Experience in outsourcing environments, single-request projects, or offshore team coordination is a significant advantage.
