Recruitment Talent Acquisition
OBJECTIVES: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and securing mid-to-senior level talents to support the company’s business growth. This role will focus on developing best-in-class hiring strategies, leading recruitment innovation projects to enhance talent acquisition efficiency and candidate experience, and collaborating with the Employer Branding team to strengthen the company’s talent attraction efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Managerial & Executive Hiring - Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles, ensuring a smooth and strategic hiring process. - Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and executive search strategies. - Manage relationships with executive search firms, recruitment agencies, and key industry talent. 2. Recruitment Innovation & Process Optimization - Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes, tools, and candidate experience. - Utilize HR analytics and recruitment KPIs to refine hiring strategies and measure effectiveness. - Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance sourcing, candidate assessment, and interview management. 3. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Support - Work closely with the Employer Branding team to support initiatives that enhance the company’s attractiveness to top talent. - Provide insights and market trends to strengthen employer branding strategies. Represent the company at recruitment events, networking sessions, and talent engagement activities. 4. Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration - Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding them on talent market insights, hiring best practices, and industry benchmarks. - Partner with HRBP teams to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals. - Coach and mentor junior recruiters, fostering a high-performance recruitment culture.
1. Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. - At least 6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with 3+ years specializing in managerial & leadership hiring. - Retail, luxury, or FMCG industry experience is a plus. 2. Skills & Competencies: - Strong expertise in executive search, strategic sourcing, and recruitment process improvement. - Familiarity with recruitment technologies, ATS, and AI-powered hiring tools. - Ability to interpret market trends and candidate insights to drive talent acquisition strategies. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strategic mindset.
