1. Sales Strategy Development & Execution: - Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales strategies and initiatives to achieve online sales targets and market share growth for Lottemart.vn. - Define and manage the online sales promotion calendar in collaboration with Merchandising and Marketing teams. - Analyze sales performance against targets and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs. - Work closely with the Marketing team, Operations and Logistics teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities; smooth the order fulfilment process to improve user experience and drive sales. 2. Market Analysis, Insights & Business Model Innovation: - Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making. - Monitor industry best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce sales and strategy. - Calculate financial viability and propose innovative new business models or service enhancements for Lottemart.vn. 3. Sales Forecasting, Performance Reporting, Presentation & Optimization: - Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and financial models for Lottemart.vn. - Track and report KPIs: such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value customer acquisition cost, … as well as sales performance, P&L status, … - Actively monitor the P&L, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions to ensure profitability targets are met. - Collaborate closely with the Merchandising team on assortment planning, pricing strategies, and inventory management to optimize sales and profitability. - Identify and implement improvements for product presentation and promotional offers.
Education: - BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum 03 years of experience in sales strategy, business planning, e-commerce management, or a similar role, preferably within the Food retail or FMCG industry. Skills: - Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. - Exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities. - Good at communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
