Job Overview And Responsibility

- Develop backend services using Java CORE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture - Create intuitive frontend applications with React, Angular, or similar - Design cloud-native solutions optimized for scalability, reliability, and security - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and project management - Participate in client-facing workshops, requirements gathering, and solution planning - Lead development efforts, mentor peers, and uphold coding standards

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Graduating in 2025) - Minimum 3 years experience in Fullstack Development, Java, or a similar role - Solid understanding of Java CORE Spring Boot, and RESTful API design - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular) - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines - Strong English communication skills for working with international teams - Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to technical challenges
