What you will do This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will lead key marketing initiatives, focusing on strategy development, market research, brand positioning, and customer experience design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs and product development. Key Responsibilities: - Lead brand and advertising strategy development - Oversee internal and external communications - Design and improve customer experience strategies - Conduct market research and customer analytics - Drive product and solution development initiatives - Manage strategic pricing and marketing operations - Provide strategic forecasting and analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective marketing execution
You will be a great fit if you - Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Finance/Economics, Engineering, or related fields - Have at least 5 years of experience in Marketing Management, with proven success in brand building, new product/service development, and team leadership - Are experienced in market research, customer analytics, and communications strategy - Possess strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
