Job Overview And Responsibility

- Support the KAM in account management. Assist in managing a portfolio of key accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth. Work closely with the KAM to understand client objectives and align offerings to meet their needs. - Execute promotional programs and partner activities. Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns and sale activities with partners; ensure proper product presentation and compliance with promotional guidelines; track execution and productivity of the 5Ps (product, price, promotion, place, people) and provide feedback to the KAM. Work with sales management on close out orders, events and special offers for dealers and distributors. - Prepare and present new proposals to partners. Support the KAM in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct needs assessments and create tailored proposals or presentations for partners. Assist in negotiating terms and follow up on partner feedback. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain and finance teams to ensure promotional materials, pricing and stock levels are prepared for partner activities. Actively communicate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Monitor and report performance. Collect and analyze sales data, promotion results and market trends; prepare regular reports on account performance and client feedback. Provide insights to the KAM for data-driven decision making and continuous improvement. - Maintain strong partner relationships. Communicate regularly with partners, respond to questions, gather feedback and ensure a high level of customer service. Participate in regular client meetings and maintain awareness of industry trends. - Assist with budget tracking and contractual compliance: Monitor promotional budgets and expenditures, ensuring they align with company guidelines. Support KAM in making sure that all contractual terms with partners are fully executed on schedule and that the status of each obligation is documented in the budget-tracking reports.

Required Skills and Experience

Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in sales, key account support or trade marketing (experience in a B2B environment preferred). - Familiarity with promotional management and product launch processes is an advantage. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms. - Ability to analyze data and prepare concise reports. Soft Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships. - Proactive, organized and detail-oriented approach with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and problem-solving effectively.
