- Drive growth, monitor performance, and achieve commercial targets for the brand portfolio. - Lead and negotiate annual agreements with e-commerce partners to secure mutually beneficial deals. - Oversee overall account profitability through P&L management, ensuring financial objectives are met. - Ensure seamless operations for all brands within the portfolio, from product management to delivery. - Build and nurture strong, strategic relationships with key partners to ensure high-level strategy execution. - Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to align business goals and deliver exceptional outcomes. - Provide leadership and mentorship to the Brand Management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, growth, and excellence.
- Proficient in English - 4-6 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably within a brand, platform, or enabler environment. - Proven track record in leading, coaching, and developing successful teams. - Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills to drive performance and profitability. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and represent the company at high-level meetings. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a history of driving business impact. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations. - Strong active listening skills and ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively within the organization and with external partners.
