Account Management Creativity Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute affiliate strategies for TikTok Shop & Shopee, aligning with overall marketing and sales goals. - Drive affiliate KPIs for brand/seller partners through effective coordination with internal and external teams. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while managing day-to-day operations. - Develop content and creative strategies for affiliate marketing that align with the client's commercial objectives. - Design and manage affiliate campaigns, including KOL recruitment, video production, and live streaming schedules. - Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs and creators to drive affiliate sales and engagement. - Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize traffic and conversion rates. - Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure profitability. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, providing strategic recommendations for future growth. - Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. - Ensure a consistent revenue growth trend and high social commerce performance.
- Sales-driven with strong knowledge of social commerce, especially TikTok Shop & Shopee. - Extensive experience in social marketing and live streaming sales, with an established network of creators. - Creative and strategic thinker with excellent project management and leadership skills. - Proactive self-starter who aligns with Intrepid’s vision & mission. - Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. - Eager to learn, ambitious, and highly responsible. - Fluent in English (both written and spoken). - Deep understanding of social platforms, especially TikTok
