Job Overview And Responsibility

1. Activation & Event Planning - Coordinate with the Sales team (especially GT channel) to identify needs at specific points of sale/regions. - Work with the MT Sales team to support key accounts (KAs) such as Điện Máy Xanh, Nguyễn Kim, and Điện Máy Chợ Lớn in offline marketing activities. Develop monthly/quarterly activation plans: roadshows, booth sampling, mini-events, etc. 2. Program Implementation & Supervision - Coordinate with vendors for production, staffing (PGs, MCs, KOLs). - Supervise on-site execution to ensure alignment with the plan and brand identity. 3. Budget & Vendor Management - Monitor costs and propose budget optimizations for each campaign. - Negotiate pricing and evaluate vendor capabilities and performance. 4. Event Organization - Support the organization of customer conferences, showroom activations, and store opening events. 5. POSM & Display Material Management - Execute POSM according to plan: standees, wobblers, shelf-talkers, booths. - Supervise proper installation following brand guidelines. 6. Project & Deadline Management - Create detailed timelines and monitor progress of each task. - Ensure timely execution of programs with clear backup plans for contingencies. 7. Performance Measurement & Reporting - Set evaluation criteria (footfall, reach, engagement, leads, sell-out). - Compile post-event reports and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

- Graduated from university with a major in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, especially with hands-on experience in the General Trade (GT) channel. - Proven track record of executing activations from A to Z: planning – organizing – post-evaluation. - Excellent project and deadline management skills. - Strong “can-do” attitude, highly motivated and eager to learn. - Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - A good understanding of the market and consumer behavior at the point of sale is a plus.
