- Develop and implement detailed risk policies within the organization, assess the level of responsiveness and performance; communicate and conduct training of risk regulations for the group. - Organize the application of risk policies throughout the system, monitor and supervise the implementation process; propose, amend and adjust policies to suit the business situation of the group. - Set limits on credit risk management, operational risk, liquidity risk and interest rates in the operations of the Corporation and develop effective controls on established and applied limits. - Study national legal documents and international practices to advise and propose ideas and initiatives to develop policies and regulations on risk management in line with actual situation of business in each period. - Participate in contributing comments to subsidiaries on relevant internal policy documents. - Develop rules to monitor suspicious transactions through risk/fraud management systems. - Manage risk/fraud which can arise in the future more effectively and radically. - Actively conduct the investigation with the purpose of efficiently resolving cases of fraud and fraud including defining trends, signs of risk/fraud. - Manage and guide policy on compliance with sanctions. - Control compliance policies at parent company and subsidiaries. - Regularly update sanctions compliance policies for parent companies and subsidiaries to ensure parent companies and subsidiaries always comply with group policies. - Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
- University of Accounting/Auditing or equivalent. - Have 3-5 years practical work experience in the same field. - Good English in 4 skills. - Good understanding about accounting laws, accounting regulations.
