Sales Management Negotiation Analytics
- Lead and manage a team of merchandisers, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance. - Serve as the key point of contact for international customers (EU market). - Handle order follow-up from sampling to bulk production and shipment. - Coordinate with relevant departments: product development, sourcing, production, quality control, and logistics. - Supervise the entire sampling process, including Proto samples, Fit samples, SMS, and Pre-Production samples. - Negotiate pricing with clients and suppliers, while controlling costs to maintain profit margins. - Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery. - Resolve any issues related to production, materials, or shipment delays. - Analyze trends and support the design/development of new collections tailored to customer needs. - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Garment, Business, Economics, or a related field. - Minimum 7–10 years of experience in garment merchandising. - In-depth knowledge of merchandising operations in FOB/ODM/OEM models. - Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (both verbal and written). - Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously and work under high pressure.
