Communications Negotiation
- Drive business development activities through targeted and proactive prospecting. - Identify new markets, generate leads, and explore growth opportunities for HRIS services. - Design customized commercial proposals aligned with client needs and expectations. - Manage client relationships end-to-end, from initial contact to project planning. - Work closely with internal technical teams and HRIS experts to qualify leads and ensure strategic alignment. - Participate in the recruitment process for HRIS consultants and conduct interviews when needed. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitors to support strategic decision-making.
- Several years of experience in sales, business development, or account management—ideally in HRIS, cloud-based products, technology solutions, or SaaS. - Dynamic, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong ability to build long-term relationships. - Comfortable in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, able to manage multiple priorities.
