Communications Negotiation
- Patrol the mall regularly to check tenants’ situation and closely work with tenants for smooth operation (15%); - Analyze daily sales of tenants to figure out good and bad points, hold meetings with store managers to discuss their product display, staff performance, or cooperated events (if any) (15%); - Meet with store owners regularly to enhance relationship and push their sales (15%); - Acknowledge customer complaints and discuss with store managers to find proper solutions (10%); - Marketing support: support tenants’ promotions and AEON MALL Ha Dong’s campaigns, closely work with Marketing team to increase customer numbers and sales volume (15%); - Leasing support: support to lease storage/ billboards, handle in-out plan of tenants, and guide new tenants through all regulations and procedures to run their business smoothly (15%); - Process sales report and meeting preparations for tenants (10%); - Other duties as assigned by supervisors (5%).
- Bachelor’s degree, any field; - Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related fields; - Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese; - Good at Microsoft Office; - Have analyzing and customer focus mindset; - Good at teamwork and coping with stress; - Willing to work in shift.
