* Market Management and Content Creation - Create viral-worthy, engaging prediction markets that tap into trending topics, memes, and cultural moments. - Monitor social media platforms (Twitter/X, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram) to identify trending topics and viral content opportunities for prediction markets. - Review and approve creator-submitted markets, ensuring they meet both quality standards and engagement potential. - Research trending events, memes, celebrity news, sports drama, and internet culture to identify high-potential prediction market opportunities. - Collaborate with product teams to develop question templates and approval criteria that balance operational efficiency with trend relevance. - Maintain content calendars for scheduled market launches around major events, seasonal trends, and anticipated viral moments. - Create educational content and guidelines for market creators, helping them understand both platform rules and what content performs well. - Stay constantly updated on current events, social trends, pop culture, and topics relevant to online communities. * Operational Monitoring - Monitor active prediction markets for accuracy, fairness, and compliance with platform rules using admin dashboard tools. - Ensure all markets have clear resolution criteria and transparent outcome sources while maintaining engagement appeal. - Optimize market creation and resolution workflows for both operational efficiency and trend responsiveness. * Market Resolution and Outcome Management - Research and verify market outcomes using reliable, authoritative sources while monitoring social media for real-time updates. - Resolve prediction markets accurately and within established timeframes, considering both factual accuracy and community expectations. - Handle complex resolution scenarios, including edge cases and disputed outcomes, with sensitivity to social context and community reaction. - Communicate resolution decisions clearly to maintain both operational standards and community trust.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience operations work with social media, content creation, or community management at a digital platform. - Deep understanding of internet culture, social media trends, viral content, and what drives online engagement. - Excellent written communication skills with ability to create both clear operational documentation and engaging social content. - Strong research skills and ability to verify information using multiple authoritative sources while staying current with social trends.
