CRM Leadership Agile
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable insights and deliverables. - Leading end-to-end business analysis activities across various initiatives, with a focus on insurance or banking domain. - Managing and prioritizing requests related to Lead Management, CRM systems, or card-related services. - Serving as a subject matter expert for relevant platforms and business processes. - Defining and modeling data structures and workflows to support new features, enhancements, and campaigns. - Coordinating with developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. - Conducting gap analyses, impact assessments, and root cause analysis for process improvement. - Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and validation. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including functional specs, user guides, and training materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline. - At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance or banking or financial services industry. - Strong experience in CRM systems, Lead Management, or card system processes (e.g., Way4). - Proven ability to work with and influence a wide range of stakeholders at different levels of the organization. - Experience in translating business needs into detailed functional requirements and process flows. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other project delivery methodologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
