- College degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, with a track record of managing teams. - Proficient in labor laws and regulations and HR management best practices. - Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. - Ability to work autonomously and as a team player. - Expertise in office software, particularly the Microsoft Office suite. - Good command of Chinese, both written and spoken.
