Job Overview And Responsibility
About the job • Organize financial control system for production activities (including supply chain) • Control compliance with production activities that affect key financial targets, ensure compliance with financial control activities according to Vietnamese and international regulations (VAS, IFRS, SOX..) • Manage, build and control budgets for production, including short-term, long-term, Capex, Opex, Cash Flow • Financial control/optimization of key production activities and indicators, ensuring optimal resources and costs along with operational efficiency • Other activities such as investment project appraisal, financial knowledge training for factories, finance and accounting teams...
Required Skills and Experience
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus • At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with significant experience in manufacturing or production finance • Experience in setting up systems, optimizing operations, and managing the planning functions of an organization/team • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting OR internal audit/control • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management • Experience working abroad or in a multicultural environment is an advantage • Proficient in English (4 skills)
