As a Consultant Mergers & Acquisitions, you will work on buy- and sell-side M&A transactions. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: • Assist corporates and financial investors in managing the M&A process from deal sourcing to final closing • Assist in drafting all transaction documentation such as a pitch, proposal, teaser, information memorandum, management presentation a.o. • Assist in identifying a long list of (international) potential buyers, both strategic and financial • Assist in developing a business plan in order to make a valuation of the company • Assist in the coordination of the due diligence process • Assist in negotiations of commercial terms and legal documentation • Assist in giving financial advice to clients on all transaction-related matters Skills And Attributes For Success • At least 2 years of experience in reviewing analysts work models, valuations, and pitch presentations • A good knowledge of M&A and the ability to apply your skills creatively to diverse client needs • Strong current knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and basic knowledge of IFRS • Strong and effective English written and verbal communication skills • A dedication to teamwork • A strong work initiative and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multi-tasked, demanding and deadline-driven environment • Excellent analytical, problem solving, project management and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel, when necessary
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance • Professional certificates (CFA, CPA, ACCA, etc.) are preferred
