HR Computer Skills English HR Compensation and Benefits
Support to manage full spectrum of Human Resources services covering the employment life cycle, focusing on the implementation of HR policies, C&B Management, and other HR projects. 1- Salary, bonus, and welfare management • Calculate monthly salaries for all employees based on working time, performance, and related factors (overtime, leave, allowances, PIT, etc.) and resolve any related complaints, questions, or issues. • Implement bonus policies: Plan and pay periodic bonuses such as Tet bonuses, performance bonuses (KPIs), project bonuses, etc. • Participate in training new employees to help them grasp basic salary operations. • Manage welfare programs: Company trips, periodic health check-ups, additional health insurance, etc. • Handle Expat issues, including Visa, Work-permit, Temporary Residence Card, Housing, etc. • Ensure internal compensation policies are registered and in line with the market and attract talent. 2- Monitor labor contracts, insurance policies • Manage personnel records and Labor contracts in terms of signing new ones, renewal, and termination in accordance with procedures and laws. • Register, adjust, and terminate insurance (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance) for employees. • Resolve cases related to maternity, sickness, accident, etc. • Work with insurance agencies to update information, submit documents and monitor the whole process. • Work with state agencies and inspection agencies on labor usage and policies for employees. • Handle periodical reports for submission to relevant bodies. 3- Update policies • Monitor changes in labor laws, personal income tax, social insurance and such to promptly adjust salary and welfare policies. • Analyze the labor market, compare salary, bonus and benefits policies with other businesses to propose more competitive policies • Develop reward regulations with reasonable policies to encourage employees' working spirit. • Participate in building an appropriate review system aligning to the Company's characteristics. • Advise BOD on HR policies in line with the company's development strategy. • Prepare periodic or ad hoc reports for superiors. • Other tasks as required.
• Well-versed in Vietnamese Labor law, HR Practices, and relevant regulations. • Logical thinking, detail-oriented, able to manage and work with confidential or sensitive data. • Good organization, time-management, and multi-tasking skills. • Proficient in office computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). • Excellent commands of English. Other Requirements • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in labor economics, Human Resource Management, Law or any related majors • Expected 5 years of experience in similar roles • Careful, hardworking, and able to work well under pressure, dynamic, team spirit and good communication skills. • Familiar with the Japanese working environment is an advantage.
