Brand Marketing
Summary: • Develop strategic approach in implementation for brand strategy • Show excellent execution of marketing activities • Conduct stakeholder management well Core Job Responsibilities: • Build brand plan for assigned products and execute marketing with TA Manager effectively and efficiently. • Develop sufficient promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, and information booklets that are in line with product positioning. • Cooperate with related partners (in-house or outsource) to conduct market surveys on promotional programs to understand customer behaviors, perception, and acceptance. • Evaluate effectiveness of promotion efforts through strict follow-up on the execution of promotional programs. • Support in developing product training for the field force on an ongoing basis. • Keep the field force updated on product knowledge and competitor information. • Review complaints and propose solutions related to assigned products. • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to propose market opportunities for the product. • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback, and report findings to relevant managers. • Provide information for forecasting product demand in the market, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans. • Actively assist the Marketing team in arranging symposiums, seminars, public education events, and exhibitions in coordination with the field force.
Work Experience: • More than 3-4 years of experience in a representative role in the pharma industry • Comprehensive industry knowledge Professional Skills: • Communication skills • Project management skills • Data analysis • Customer insight Behavioral Skills: • Continuous improvement behavior • Apply Abbott Capabilities Framework Language Skills: • Good command of English and Vietnamese Computer Skills: • Good knowledge of computer-based programs, including spreadsheets and graphics MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • University graduate, preferably in pharmacy
