Assist CFO and act as a gatekeeper to set up internal financial controls to safeguard the company’s assets and minimize risks. 2. Track and prepare documentation of revenue and expense transactions of the Company. Liaise with the accountant to prepare financial statements. 3. Assist the front desk with the procurement process. Ensure compliance with Company approval and protocols. 4. Process payments after checking for compliance with Company procedures. Ensure completeness and clarity of documentation. 5. Track accounts payable and project Company cash flow for the next 30 to 60 days. 6. Chase on accounts receivables to maximize cash flow. 7. Assist with HR admin work, including liaison with HR consultant to ready insurance, contracts, and salary calculation. 8. Schedule interviews and assist with the performance appraisal process. 9. Other administrative matters assigned by the supervisor. 10. Make weekly runs to the bank for cash deposits and cash withdrawals. Working hours: 09:00~18:00; 5 days off per month
Required Skills and Experience
1. Graduated from university with 3+ years of work experience. Must have an excellent command of Mandarin 2. Possess logical skills to effectively design an efficient and effective financial and HR process. 3. Able to work independently and remotely with a supervisor overseas. 4. Be flexible and adapt to the start-up environment. Able to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines. 5. Respect schedules and follow strict monthly accounting timelines. 6. Requires effective communication skills to roll out the new financial process smoothly company-wide, and to negotiate with vendors regarding payment terms. 7. Need to bring your own motorbike for weekly bank run.

- Salary range: from 12 million VND/month, up to discussion - Annual Leave: 12 days/ year. After working 2 years, plus 1 more day annual leave per year. Max: 20 days - Meal Allowance: 45,000 VND - Dress allowance: 750,000 VND - Health check: once a year - Working hours: 8.5h/ a day. 25 working days - Marriage: Can on leave: 03 days Full time staff of over 1 year, an additional 1,000,000vnđ allowance - Family member pass away: According to Labor Law: on leave 3 days Staff under contract: 1,000,000đ Staff under probation: 300,000đ - Maternity leave: Labour law - Night shift payment: Labour law - Room discount for staff: 50% off ensuite or receive a free bunk bed, available in all countries. Total 5 nights per staff. - Discount room for staff's family members: 10% off (Must be direct booking via front desk or website) - Labour contract phase: 1 year after the 2nd contract expires, the Indefinite-term labor contract will be applied. - Probation: 2 months - 90% basic salary - Team dinner: 300,000/ per person for the whole team every quarter - Working exchange: Experience over 1 year. Last Appraisal SP or higher. Outbound or Inbound base on the business situation - Charity day: By Quarter, separate into 2 team - Year-end bonus: Base on Appraisal rating. - Company trip: Experience over 1 year. Outbound or Inbound base on the business situation - Travel sponsor: Trip allowance to stay in another hostel. 750,000 VND/ time. 2 times in a year. - Training, Bonus turned education fund, Training, Annual Dinner, Referral Internal Bonus
