Job Overview And Responsibility

- Technical leadership and management for all aspects of the software lifecycle, including software engineering, support and operation using Java, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, C++, C, C#, Web Services, AJAX, relational databases and/or related technologies. - Define SLA in relation to contract services, ensuring the SLAs are achieved, service quality & client expectation are met or exceeded. - Effectively monitor, control and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedure are followed. - Build and maintain client relationships both internally and externally. - Attend client service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality & processes. - To ensure that systems, processes & methodologies as specified are followed. - To ensure effective monitoring, control & support of service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

- B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT). - 10+ years of experience in software development and project management. - Significant previous experience and proven track record of managing the delivery of IT Projects. - Excellent knowledge of systems, software, technologies & suppliers to support business needs. - Strong experience in project management, software development process, and software engineering methodology such as RUP, iterative development, Agile/SCRUM. - Innovative thinker – able to turn customer requirements into workable solutions. - Excellent time management skill. - Solid leadership skills are essential, able to communicate ideas to technical staffs, business users and board of management with equal clarity. - Good at Japanese and English skill.
