- Serve as a liaison between the director and internal/external stakeholders. - Provide high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors. - Translate documents, emails, and other communications from Vietnamese to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Assist in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities when required. - Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making processes. - Perform additional duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields - Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken - Strong translation skills with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in documentation and compliance. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other management tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
