Job Overview And Responsibility

- Stay informed on mobile gaming industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep our titles competitive. - Do market research to choose the right game to develop - Manage the submission process for app stores, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and requirements. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create go-to-market plans, including user acquisition campaigns, unique selling points - Monitor and analyze game performance metrics (e.g., downloads, retention, revenue) and recommend optimization strategies. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including platform representatives, and developer partners. - Develop and execute publishing strategies for mobile game releases across iOS, Android, and other platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Game Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 3+ years of experience in mobile game publishing, product management, or a related role within the mobile game industry. - Strong understanding of mobile app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store) and their submission processes. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Good English 4 skills
