Role Overview: As part of our ongoing expansion in the Thai market, we are excited to introduce the role of Junior Sales Manager at SensorFlow. This position is designed for an enthusiastic individual eager to contribute to our mission within the hospitality industry. The Junior Sales Manager will primarily support new client acquisition processes, foster relationships, and convert prospects into satisfied customers. This role is ideal for those keen to develop their ability to build trust and rapport, learn how to uncover clients' needs and support crafting sales presentations highlighting the benefits of SensorFlow’s products. The Junior Sales Manager will work closely under the guidance of our AVP of Sales to sharpen their sales skills and deepen their market understanding, paving the way for significant professional growth in a vibrant market environment. Responsibilities: ● Assist in the sales process using a consultative approach to understand the client's business needs and introduce SensorFlow products to generate interest. ● Support AVP of Sales in managing the sales cycle from initiation to closure. ● Maintain accurate and organised records within the global CRM system, detailing actions taken throughout the sales process. ● Assist in negotiating and preparing contracts under supervision. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to facilitate customer and channel partner interaction at industry events. ● Network to cultivate new leads and business opportunities. ● Assist in delivering web-based and in-person sales presentations and demonstrations, learning effective techniques from senior managers. ● Contribute to managing the Sales Forecast and Pipeline, ensuring precise recording of prospecting activity and conversion success.

Required Skills and Experience

● 2 years plus of experience in B2B sales cycles, preferably with some exposure to enterprise sales. ● Developing presentation skills to engage clients effectively. ● Strong communication skills (listening, questioning, writing, and verbal) are needed to articulate the value proposition to prospects. ● Learning negotiation and closing techniques, aiming to contribute to successful sales conclusions. ● Energetic and focused, ready to take on objectives and work towards set KPIs. ● Time management skills, learning to prioritise and manage tasks effectively. ● Capability to work independently and as part of a team, with a drive to take initiative and be proactive in learning. ● Developing confidence in abilities and accountability for assigned metrics and targets. ● A budding commercial drive with a motivation to succeed and learn. ● Good command of both English & Thai language; knowledge of additional languages is a plus but not essential. ● Being based in Pattaya or Bangkok, it is a must!
