Job Overview And Responsibility

Internal Communications • Design and implement communication strategies that foster transparency, alignment, and two-way engagement across departments. • Manage internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, internal social platforms, leadership messages, town halls). • Partner with senior leaders and HR to cascade company strategy, initiatives, and cultural priorities in clear and compelling ways. • Develop consistent messaging frameworks and tone of voice that reflect the company’s values and identity. Employer Branding • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing to define and communicate the Employer Value Proposition (EVP). • Create content that brings our culture to life through authentic storytelling—highlighting employee experiences, team milestones, and purpose-led initiatives. • Lead the development of branding content for recruitment campaigns, social media, career pages, and external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor). • Track and strengthen the perception of the company brand as an employer both internally and externally. Employee Engagement & Culture Activation • Partner with HR and business units to design and roll out engagement campaigns and cultural programs (e.g., onboarding, values activation, internal events, recognition initiatives). • Lead internal campaigns that promote belonging, inclusion, and connection across teams and locations. • Monitor employee sentiment and feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies and touchpoints. • Support change communication efforts during organizational transitions or key initiatives. Measurement & Continuous Improvement • Develop KPIs and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of internal communications and engagement programs. • Leverage insights and best practices to improve communication impact, content relevance, and employee experience. • Stay up to date on trends in employer branding and internal communications to drive innovation and excellence.

Required Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, Business, or a related field. • Experience: • Minimum 5 years of experience in communications or employee experience roles, with at least 1 year in internal communications or employer branding. • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and collaborating with senior leadership. • Core Skills: • Excellent writing and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences. • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into impactful communication and engagement plans. • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and execution. • Passionate about people, culture, and building a great employee experience. • Familiarity with internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Workplace, Teams, email marketing tools) and social media.
