Job Overview And Responsibility
Porter is seeking enthusiastic folks to work as a Market Researcher with us and to join our team and ensure that our products remain relevant to the market demand. As a Market Researcher, your duties will include analyzing consumer behavior and industry trends, checking our products and services’ relevance in the market, reducing uncertainty and sharpening the approach to read collected data to drive fabulous results. Porter is a 10-year-old growth phase startup venture funded by top venture capital funds, growing more than 2x every year for the last few years and looking to grow 20x in the next 4-5 years, offering exciting growth opportunities. Responsibilities: ● Carrying out secondary research around specific industries and competition benchmarking ● Designing and conducting surveys for primary research amongst target customers and partners ● Benchmarking analysis on competitor app flows and features ● Preparing reports and submitting as per the timeline
Required Skills and Experience
Qualifications/Skills: ● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field. ● Experience in Market Research would be advantageous but NOT mandatory ● Keen to Learn quickly for gathering and interpreting data and consumer feedback. ● Analyzing industry trends and competitor behavior. ● High proficiency in English speaking & local language ● Native Resident and local language speaker is preferred ● Passion to drive big impact in a highly uncertain business and user context
