Job Overview And Responsibility
- Own the full project lifecycle for automation equipment projects at KYT Vietnam's Bắc Ninh facility — from planning and customer communication through to delivery and risk management — working closely with overseas technical teams. - Own overall project planning, execution, and management to ensure on-time, on-quality delivery. - Communicate with customers to understand requirements and translate them into concrete project goals. - Coordinate internal resources — team members, equipment, and materials — to ensure smooth project execution. - Report project progress to management regularly; resolve issues promptly as they arise. - Assess and manage project risks; develop mitigation measures to minimise potential impact. - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure supply-chain stability. ↳ Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với nhà cung cấp, nhà thầu phụ và các đối tác bên ngoài nhằm đảm bảo chuỗi cung ứng ổn định.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above. - 2–3+ years in mechanical automation equipment design & project management. - Solid knowledge of precision mechanical design — machine tools, automation equipment, jigs & fixtures, etc. - Strong communication, comprehension, and execution skills. - Dedicated, honest, fair, collaborative, and diligent. - English: Intermediate. - Chinese: Fluent in speaking
