Operation Management Order Processing Customer Support Customer Service Customer Care Account Management
About the Role This role sits at the intersection of customer service and order execution in a B2B manufacturing and trading environment. You will be the operational point of contact for customers — receiving their orders, tracking fulfillment, communicating status updates, and ensuring all documents and billing are handled accurately and on time. Day-to-day, this looks like Sales Admin or B2B customer service, with the added dimension of coordinating directly with suppliers on production and delivery. This is not an e-commerce or retail support role — experience working with business customers, factories, or trading companies is required. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts on all order-related matters - Receive, process, and track customer orders end-to-end using SAP - Coordinate with suppliers on production schedules, stock levels, and delivery timelines on behalf of customers - Generate and manage order documents: delivery notes, invoices, and billing records - Consolidate monthly account expenses and follow up on payment collection from customers - Monitor daily demand forecasts and flag discrepancies or risks proactively - Support the Order Management Manager on escalations and cross-team coordination
- 3+ years in Sales Admin, order handling, or B2B customer service within a manufacturing, industrial, or trading company (NOT e-commerce or marketplace customer support) - Direct experience working with business customers: receiving orders, tracking status, and managing expectations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel - Detail-oriented and disciplined — handles high documentation volumes without errors - English proficiency: TOEIC 700+ or equivalent

- Conversational Chinese/Mandarin is a plus - Experience with AR collection, invoice reconciliation, or expense consolidation - SAP experience (any module involving order or billing transactions) - Experience with AR collection or invoice reconciliation - Background in industrial, printing, or manufacturing-related environments
