Job Summary – Preparation Senior Chief (CAD/GDM) - ECCO Vietnam is a Danish-invested footwear manufacturer located in Bau Bang Industrial Park, Binh Duong. Location: ECCO Vietnam Reports to: Technical Head Department: Technical Key Responsibilities: - Develop and analyze footwear patterns from development sample (DRS) to production launch. - Ensure show boards, tooling, and methods meet ECCO standards for fit, comfort, and material efficiency. - Coordinate with CAD, GDM, BOM, Tooling, and Montage teams to ensure timely and complete package releases. - Support trials (GS, P4, P7, PF) and monitor upper production to resolve issues and drive improvements. - Attend operational and pre-production meetings, and contribute to technical updates. - Provide regular reports and coordinate video meetings with external Montage units.
Requirements: - Degree or Diploma in Footwear Technology. - Minimum 5 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, with previous leadership roles. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills. - Proficient in English and computer applications (e.g., SAP, CAD).
