Job Overview And Responsibility
- Cashflow Orchestration • Consolidate and forecast cash flow across all international entities. • Manage liquidity, intercompany settlements, and FX exposure. - Finance Modeling & Strategy • Build robust financial models for group-level planning, token economies, and subsidiary growth. • Support decision-making with scenario analysis and ROI projections. - Partners & Vendors • Support contract finance terms • Build Data-sharing economics • Ensure Revenue recognition - Grant & Funding • Identify and manage global grant opportunities (e.g., innovation, blockchain, healthcare). • Ensure compliance with grant reporting, audits, and milestone tracking. - Tax & Compliance • Lead tax strategy across jurisdictions; optimize structures for efficiency and compliance. • Liaise with auditors, advisors, and regulators; - Treasury & Control • Manage banking, treasury operations, and internal controls. • Support cross-border capital flows between Web2 companies and Web3 entities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: • 7+ years in finance, preferably at multinational corporations, Big4 firms, or global startups (Priority will be given to candidates who have worked in corporations with a US headquarters and multiple member entities across the world) • Proven track record in cash flow management across multi-entity groups. • Strong exposure to grant management, tax strategy, and financial modeling. • Experience in Web3/crypto companies or tokenized economies is a major advantage. - Skills & Qualities: • Expert in corporate finance, treasury, tax, and intercompany accounting. • Strategic thinker who can also drill down into details. • Fluent in English and Vietnamese; excellent at stakeholder communication. • Calm, precise, and collaborative — able to bridge local execution with global complexity. • Above all: a learner and builder, eager to master new financial frontiers and design models that last
