Job Overview And Responsibility
The SEO Content Writer (Lao Cai) is based at the ACVN campus and sits within the PR Department. This role provides dedicated written content and SEO support specifically for ACVN, with a focus on school life, student stories, education content, and community communications. Placing this role in PR ensures that all written content about ACVN — which is central to the school's reputation and enrolment — is held to the highest editorial and strategic standards. - Write and publish content specifically for ACVN — school news, student stories, academic updates, admissions content, and community communications - Maintain the ACVN website content, blog, and social media with regular, on-brand, high-quality updates - Apply SEO best practices to all ACVN content to support enrolment and awareness targets - Capture and write up stories, achievements, and events from school life at ACVN, Lao Cai - Work closely with the Lao Cai-based Photographer/Videographer to produce multimedia content packages - Liaise with the ACVN Principal and school leadership team on content priorities, approvals, and messaging - Report to and take editorial direction from the Head of PR in HCMC - Support broader KNI group content needs as directed by the Head of PR - Maintain the ACVN content calendar and ensure consistent, timely publication - Any work required within the relevant field required by the company. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - ACVN website and blog updated on agreed publishing schedule - SEO performance improvements for ACVN website (rankings, organic traffic) - Enrolment enquiry volume generated through content - Content quality rating from ACVN Principal and Head of PR - Alignment of all ACVN content with PR messaging and brand standards
Required Skills and Experience
Requirements & Competencies - Minimum 2 years' content writing experience; SEO knowledge required - Excellent written Vietnamese; strong written English (ACVN content is bilingual) - Genuine passion for education, school life, and community storytelling - Comfortable living and working in Lao Cai — this is a Lao Cai-resident role - Ability to work independently with remote management from HCMC
