We are currently seeking Sales Manager (B2B Logistics – FMCG & Retail, B2B Logistics – Industrial Zones) to drive market expansion and develop strategic partnerships with major FMCG, retail clients and Industrial Zones. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in B2B logistics, and tailored logistics solutions for high-demand industries. Responsibilities: • Expand and strengthen the B2B customer network, focusing on key industries such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, and Warehousing • Negotiate and secure contracts with corporate clients (e.g., supermarket chains, manufacturers, and distributors) to drive revenue growth • Provide consulting on B2B logistics solutions, including optimal transportation models, warehousing, and fulfillment services • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution, transparent tracking, and optimized lead times • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing B2B Sales team, setting clear KPIs and optimizing deal closure rates • Analyze market data, monitor business performance, and propose pricing strategies and promotional campaigns • Generate periodic reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and market trends to optimize revenue growth
• 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Logistics, Forwarding, or SaaS. • Strong network and experience in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, and Warehousing sectors. • Proven ability in business development, lead generation, and customer pipeline management. • Excellent negotiation, market expansion, and strategic sales skills. • Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with high sales targets.
