- Develop and execute business plans with support from the Regional Business Manager. - Build and maintain strong business channels and customer relationships in the refrigeration industry. - Conduct market research and sales analysis to deliver and exceed annual sales targets. - Expand customer networks and develop new opportunities. - Represent Elitech at local & international exhibitions to showcase our innovations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above,preferably with 2+ years of experience in Cold Chain,Pharmacy Logistic,Pharmacy Industry. - Strong skills in developing new customers and managing key accounts/projects. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven customer relationship management. - Self-motivated, team-oriented, with strong organizational and marketing planning abilities. - Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
