Job Overview And Responsibility

- Conduct in-depth research on industry-specific fulfillment requirements and develop tailored operational models. - Design and implement end-to-end fulfillment processes, covering inbound, warehousing, order processing, packaging, and outbound logistics (including SOPs, layout planning, tools, and performance metrics). - Collaborate closely with the B2B Sales, Technology, and Operations teams to integrate OMS, WMS, and tracking systems that align with each fulfillment model. - Pilot new fulfillment models, measure results, and drive continuous improvement before scaling nationwide. - Build and train fulfillment operation teams specialized by industry and region.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or relevant engineering/technical field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment design, or end-to-end logistics systems. - Strong exposure to multi-industry fulfillment, especially with temperature-sensitive goods, SKU-intensive products, or regulated sectors (e.g. pharma). - Proven capability in designing and launching large-scale fulfillment systems integrated with OMS/WMS/SAP/FMS. - Hands-on leadership in managing multi-site warehouse or fulfillment operations. - Strong process thinking, continuous improvement mindset, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
