Marketing Strategy Communications Analytics
This position is responsible for the development of high quality insights-driven channel & category strategies, and supporting Sales organization in execution of Consumer and Channel Activation plans focused on in-store visibility and activation, distribution and (national) promo plan. - Drive the development and implementation of trade category plan for total channels - Participate in developing and deploying category trade plans aligned with brand and channel needs. - Localize growth plans across regions and sales channels. - Ensure activation readiness by preparing tools and materials. - Conduct deep dives into performance metrics to identify growth drivers. - Align category initiatives with in-store execution plans. - S&OP (Commercial Planning) - Participate in MBP and 12Q planning cycles. - Support demand forecast review and data alignment. - Monitor execution progress against category KPIs. - Partner with internal teams to ensure timely input submission. - Shopper Centricity & Omni-Channel 360 - Integrate Category, Channel, Customer, and Competitor insights into commercial activation strategies. - Co-create winning in-store execution plans. - Drive alignment between brand and channel communication plans. - Ensure flawless 360° campaign delivery across touchpoints. - Revenue Growth Management - Define and implement Price Pack Architecture (PPA) jointly with Brand. - Ensure pricing strategies deliver both competitiveness and profitability. - Evaluate trade investment ROI and optimize allocations across channels and brands.
- Experience: At least 02 years working experience in relevant position for FMCG industry Skills: - Strong analytical skills and business mindset - Proven business management competency - Strong communication and influencing skills - Creative and passionate, willing to take challenges - Proactive, confident, and able to work under high pressure - Good command in English & Vietnamese and computer skills

- Experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Category Management experience a plus.
