Job Overview And Responsibility
1. Sales & Revenue Growth - Drive Conversion: Lead the sales team and front desk to convert inquiries into consultations and treatments. - Local Marketing: Develop and execute local marketing initiatives (LSM) within District 7 to increase foot traffic. - Up-selling & Retention: Implement strategies to increase the average ticket size and maintain high patient retention rates. 2. Operations Management - Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensure all clinic workflows—from patient check-in to post-treatment follow-up—are executed flawlessly. - Quality Control: Maintain high standards of hygiene, medical safety, and facility maintenance. - Inventory & Cost Control: Manage medical supplies and equipment to minimize waste and optimize the center's budget. 3. Team Leadership & Service - Training: Coach administrative and support staff on "Five-Star" customer service and sales closing techniques. - Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving patient complaints with empathy and professionalism. - KPI Management: Set and monitor monthly performance targets for all non-medical staff.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in clinic management (Aesthetics, Dental, General Health, or Wellness). - Sales Proven: Demonstrated ability to hit revenue targets and manage a sales/consultant team. - Operation Management: Strong experience in daily clinic operations and SOP implementation. - Skills: Strong financial acumen (P&L management) and data-driven decision-making. - Attributes: Polished appearance, excellent communication, and a "problem-solver" mindset.
