Job Overview And Responsibility

A Field Service Engineer based in Bangkok or Phuket (HKT), Krabi (KBV) and Hat Yai (HDY) and willing to travel to Malaysia, supporting packaging materials on Tetra Pak filling machines across the ASEAN region. Key Responsibilities: - Provide on-site technical service and troubleshooting support for Tetra Pak filling lines. - Ensure smooth performance of packaging material on machines and resolve any issues related to efficiency, quality, or compatibility. - Conduct machine parameter adjustments, tests, and performance follow-up. - Support customers with preventive maintenance, training, and improvement initiatives. - Work closely with the packaging material and technical teams to secure customer satisfaction. Execute above activities with a primary focus on the Malaysian market (approximately 80%), while supporting assignments across ASEAN countries (approximately 20%).

Required Skills and Experience

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. - 3+ years with Hands-on experience with Tetra Pak filling machines is mandatory. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Willingness to travel and work on customer sites. Languages: - Fluent in both spoken and written English. Business Travel: - Willing to travel to countries within ASEAN region; holding a valid passport and applicable visas is preferred.
