Recruitment • Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely, accurate hiring aligned with the company’s strategic goals. • Analyze, evaluate, and consolidate hiring needs from departments across the company. • Support the development, updating, and management of job descriptions (JDs) for each role based on business requirements. • Effectively execute the entire recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing (preliminary and final rounds), offer letter preparation, onboarding, and labor contract signing. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey. • Provide timely updates and communication to candidates at every stage of the process. • Collaborate with relevant departments and internal trainers to organize onboarding and job-specific training for new hires. Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding • Build and maintain a strong talent pool through: • Online job platforms, professional social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo, etc.) • Industry connections in real estate, mortgage, valuation, and internal referrals • Internship and management trainee programs • Develop and participate in employer branding initiatives such as: job fairs, industry workshops, seminars, and partnerships with universities/partners. • Propose, develop, and execute recruitment marketing strategies across effective channels to attract top-tier candidates. Reporting & Data Management • Update candidate information, interview progress, and maintain an organized applicant tracking system (ATS). • Build and maintain segmented candidate databases to meet recurring and urgent hiring needs. • Provide regular reports (weekly/monthly) on hiring effectiveness, candidate sources, time-to-fill, and recruitment costs. • Analyze data to recommend improvements in processes and talent attraction strategies. • Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and propose enhancements accordingly. • Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate, digital finance, or valuation sectors. • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and multitasking while maintaining attention to detail. • Good understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance. • Strong drafting, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Tech-savvy and proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), AI chat applications, and online sourcing tools. • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. • Strong team spirit and willingness to support colleagues when needed. • Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies, especially AI-powered data and task management tools. • Able to work under pressure, proactive, flexible, and thrive in a startup environment.
