Sales Planning - Develop a strong understanding of international clients’ business challenges, HR objectives, and success metrics. - Build a long-term strategic roadmap between Sunbytes and clients, providing data-driven insights and consultative recommendations for sustainable growth. Sales Acquisition - Drive business growth by presenting tailored Sunbytes HR services that address client needs and objectives, ensuring alignment and value delivery. Key Account Management - Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and executive stakeholders. - Lead cross-functional collaboration within Sunbytes to execute projects successfully and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Proven experience with 3+ years track record of establishing relationships and providing a consultative B2B sales approach. - Ability to communicate in English fluently - Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies. - Excellent speaking, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to develop and negotiate agreements. - A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
