Marketing Strategy Analytical Brand Marketing
Brand Strategy & Direction: - Define and lead Citics’ brand positioning, identity, and tone of voice across all touchpoints. - Develop and manage the Citics Brand Guideline (visual, voice, UX tone). - Craft messaging frameworks for core services (Valuation, Mortgages, Homes, Agent) to support GTM plans and business growth. - Align brand perception with company vision, values, and long-term direction. Content, Community & Brand Activation: - Lead content strategy and editorial direction for all Citics fanpages and community channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Agent Hub…). - Oversee the creation of content, visuals, and campaigns in collaboration with content creators and designers. - Plan and run community-building campaigns, including agent storytelling, mini-games, and educational content. - Coordinate with Growth and BD teams to organize brand-led community events (Agent Tour, mini-meetups, workshops) that enhance engagement and trust. - Ensure a strong brand presence across all offline and online touchpoints — before, during, and after events. Internal Brand & Cross-functional Collaboration: - Lead internal communication: CEO messages, team newsletters, culture-building content. - Plan and execute internal events (Town Halls, Year-End, Company Anniversaries) aligned with brand values. - Collaborate with Growth Lead to ensure brand consistency across landing pages, performance campaigns, and CRM content. - Act as the guardian of brand integrity in every marketing initiative.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or communications — preferably in startups or tech-driven environments. - Solid track record in building and managing brand identity, including key messaging, brand voice, and cross-channel consistency. - Strong ability in storytelling, copywriting, and creating brand-led narratives across different formats (social, PR, internal). - Experienced in managing social media, community content, and collaborating with internal creators or external agencies. - Able to lead cross-functional collaboration with growth, product, and business teams to ensure unified brand execution. - Proficient in using creative and AI-powered tools (e.g., Notion, Canva, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline content planning and brand communication. - Strong attention to visual and verbal consistency, with an eye for detail and audience perception. - Excellent organizational and communication skills, enabling effective management of multiple projects and stakeholders. - Quick-thinking and adaptable, with a growth mindset that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
