Job Overview And Responsibility

• Building strong relationships with business leaders and managers to understand their needs and provide HR support and solutions • Provide HR generalist and advisory services to the Business Units and functions (Marketplaces) and ensure a consistent and integrated approach to HR activities and solutions in PropertyGuru Group • Provide a full spectrum of HR services including performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagements • Supporting Head of People – Vietnam on local and regional initiatives including cyclical HR programmes and strategic programmes, initiatives and launches • Collaborate with P&C Centres of Expertise on program design, implementation and execution • Supporting talent management initiatives, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning • Collaborating with business units to enhance employee engagement and retention through various programs and initiatives • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as local employment laws and regulations • Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights that drive informed decision-making • Supporting HR projects and initiatives, such as organizational change efforts, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee wellness initiatives

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or related HR functions, with a strong track record of partnering effectively with business units • Proven ability to deliver HR solutions aligned with business needs, particularly in fast-paced environments, tech companies, or sales-driven teams with high headcount volumes • Based in Hanoi or open to relocating to Hanoi • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Workday is a strong plus • Proficient in English, both written and verbal • Solid understanding of core HR disciplines, including but not limited to: Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Employee Relations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels • Sound knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws, with the ability to apply them in a practical, business-oriented manner
