Problem Solving Time Management Cisco
- Working with Project team to come up with network design, implementation timeline based on business requirements. - Troubleshooting and resolving network issues in a timely manner. - Monitoring network performance and ensuring it meets service level agreements (SLAs). - Upgrading hardware and software components to improve network reliability and speed. - Collaborating with vendors and external partners for network-related projects. - Documenting network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference. - Organize and schedule maintenance without deterring others from completing their own work. - Provide technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions. - Managing subcontractors involved in network implementation. - Performs analysis and diagnosis of Complex Networking problems. - Support Network portions in Regional and local Disaster recovery exercise. - Work with relevant team in VA screening and patching.
- English proficiency. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field. - 5+ years’ experience in a network engineer/ administration role. - Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies - Experience with Cisco switches and routers. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Cisco Works. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Good time management skills
