- Strategic Planning - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company’s goals (target audience: Health Care Professional (HCP) and patients). - Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns that resonate with their preferences including research and analysis to understand the target audiences and identify marketing opportunities. - Stay updated on industry trends to ensure strategies remain competitive and innovative. - Campaign Management - Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Emailing, websites, social media (facebook fan page) and Zalo OA). - Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and high-quality content. - Monitor campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation - Overall responsibility for delivering an Omni-channel experience for the brand across channels including digital initiatives, social media, mobile, website in coordination with BEX digital project manager. - Performance Analysis - Analyse campaign metrics and performance data to assess effectiveness. - Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversions, engagement, and return on investment (ROI). - Utilise analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement - Work with brand teams to translate Customer engagement plans into Omnichannel journeys - Run omnichannel campaigns development & execution on relevant platforms, in line with global/ local standards, tools (GetResponse, Content Factory, Promomat, MyServier) and processes. - Standardization of tactical omnichannel planning, incl. automated channel approach, content, engagement - Responsible for engagement with agencies and cross-functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Medical, BEX, IS) to ensure smooth content and campaign deployment. - Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve
- A bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing , English, Visual Design. - +3 years leading Omnichannel, Customer Engagement or Digital Marketing operations, with a focus on omnichannel strategy definition and customer journey implementation. - Strong analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies. Fluent English language knowledge and skills (written and oral), strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, skills ability to work cross-functionally. - Strong execution skills with proven delivery of outstanding results. Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends.
