Negotiation Customer Care Relationship Management Account Management
- Full understanding of litho (sheet/web) print process, advising on most suitable equipment and suppliers for all print jobs - Advise on economic formats, work with clients and vendors to derive cost effective and fit for print projects - Provide technical input and advice on print projects as required - Project relevant negotiations as and where needed - Procurement of print, delivering on time, to specification, to quality and to contractual targets - Take accurate information from our Clients, formulating full production briefs - Produce detailed print specifications to suppliers - Maintain tracking of all projects in procurement tool - Adhere to defined ordering authorization and billing process - Work within Tag's operating budget - Develop a good understanding of the client's business and industry sector - Build relationships with clients and manage their perceptions and expectations - Develop strong relationships with suppliers - Demonstrate an understanding of the technological direction of the industry and how these advances will benefit the client - Resolve client/supplier issues, escalate where appropriate - Implement and use best practice principles
