Job Overview And Responsibility
A. Accounting System Management - Organize, manage, and operate the entire accounting system of the clinic. - Develop, monitor, and improve financial and accounting procedures to ensure efficiency and transparency in financial operations. - Review and approve accounting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. B. Financial & Budget Management - Develop financial plans and operational budgets for the clinic according to each business stage. - Control operating costs, monitor service revenue, and optimize financial performance. - Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors for business decision-making. C. Financial Reporting - Prepare and supervise periodic financial reports in accordance with regulations. - Analyze financial status, cash flow, and operational performance of the clinic. - Provide management reports to support clinic operations and development. D. Tax Management & Legal Compliance - Ensure all accounting and financial activities comply with tax, accounting, and legal regulations in Malaysia. - Work with tax authorities, auditors, and relevant government agencies when required. - Update and implement new regulations related to finance and accounting.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing. - At least 5 years of experience in accounting. - Good English communication and working proficiency (required). - Strong skills in financial analysis, internal control, and management. - Ability to work with accounting firms, auditors, and financial authorities in Malaysia.

Preferred skills and experiences
- Candidates with experience in healthcare, clinics, medical aesthetics, or service industries are preferred. - Knowledge of Malaysia tax systems, financial regulations, and business environment is an advantage.
