Founder's Personal Brand Management: - Elevate and maintain the personal brand of our Founder, ensuring it aligns with our ethos and mission in the Web3 space. - Craft and refine the Founder’s public narrative to highlight their leadership in blockchain innovation and decentralized technologies, managing its communication across all media platforms. LIFE AI Brand Oversight: - Develop and safeguard our company's LIFE AI brand identity within the Web3 ecosystem. - Implement innovative branding strategies that enhance global visibility and foster trust among blockchain and cryptocurrency enthusiasts, ensuring every communication underscores our commitment to Web3 innovation and data privacy. Communications System Development: - Design and maintain a robust communications schedule that ensures timely and consistent engagement with stakeholders in the Web3 community and the broader public across various channels. - Create content that connects our technical expertise with practical decentralized technology applications, appealing to seasoned blockchain professionals and new entrants. Media Relations Tactics: - Develop and execute media strategies that significantly boost our Web3-centric and mainstream media presence. - Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and media outlets in the blockchain space to expand our coverage and reinforce our position as industry leaders. Event and Campaign Management: - Strategically plan and execute a range of events and campaigns, from community workshops to major international blockchain conferences. - Oversee all aspects from planning to execution, ensuring each initiative effectively showcases our innovations in Web3 and drives community engagement. Community Communication Channels Management: - Manage our engagement across critical digital platforms tailored to the Web3 audience, including our website, specialized social channels like Telegram, and content-driven platforms like Substack. - Ensure that our digital communications are captivating, coherent, and customized to resonate with a diverse, tech-savvy audience, thereby cultivating a strong and interactive blockchain community.

Required Skills and Experience

Educational Background: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: - Demonstrated success in elevating brand visibility and enhancing corporate reputation through strategic brand and PR initiatives. - Minimum of 5 years in branding, marketing, or public relations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Experience in the tech, biotech, or healthcare industries, especially within Web3, blockchain, or related fields, is highly desirable. - Effective crisis management skills with proven poise and assertiveness. Technical and Analytical Skills: - Mastery of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM) and content creation across blogs, social media, and traditional media. - Strong skills in media relations and crafting engaging messages for diverse audiences. - Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and consumer data to inform strategic decisions and forecast industry shifts. - Strong alignment with our core values and ethics, with a passion for the transformative potential of Web3 technology. Communication Skills and Narrative Development: - Excellent writing and verbal skills, with a proven track record of crafting compelling stories and persuasive narratives that enhance brand engagement. - Skilled in leading communications teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, and managing stakeholder interactions effectively.
