Sales Business Development
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Ho Chi Minh City. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and developing strong relationships with business clients for our algae-based supplements. This is an ideal role for a motivated individual with a strong background in sales who is eager to make a significant impact in the fast-growing health and wellness industry. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage with potential business clients to sell algae products. - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and set quarterly and annual goals. - Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, acting as a trusted advisor and handling contract negotiations. - Recruit, train, and manage a sales team. Provide coaching to drive team performance and create a collaborative work environment. - Oversee sales operations, track key metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies. - Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. - Establish and manage strategic sales relationships with distribution partners to drive product reach and revenue growth.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales in the health, wellness, or pharmaceutical industry - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience coaching and developing sales professionals. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to build rapport with high-level clients. - Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
