Documentation Administrative task
1. Contract and Legal Document Handling - Draft, review, and prepare various documents such as contracts, liquidation agreements, acceptance records, and other administrative/legal paperwork. - Coordinate the signing process, collect approvals, stamps, and send finalized documents to relevant parties (e.g., clients, accounting). - Track the delivery and receipt of contracts and related documents (negotiation minutes, liquidation papers, acceptance records, etc.). - Maintain organized filing systems, update document status regularly, and generate reports when required. 2. Tender Document Preparation - Prepare documents as required by each tender package. - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information and supporting documents. - Communicate with clients to submit tender dossiers and revise them as needed. - Store all related documents systematically and prepare summary reports as requested.
- Basic client-facing skills, including communication techniques for negotiation and coordination. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Words, Presentation. - Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking). - Flexible, quick to adapt, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
