Analytical Strategic Planning
Business Planning And Performance - Design, implement, and monitor sales plans and incentive schemes to support Partnership Distribution while ensuring compliance with internal procedures. - Oversight related reports and forecasts to manage and support sales performance. Communicate key updates to the Department Heads and Executives Committee. - Regularly analyze incentives, contests and activities effectiveness and recommend improvements. - Support to ensure effective budget management by monitoring account budgets, tracking key expenses, analyzing impact, and ensuring spending aligns with approved limits and internal policies. Data And Analytics - Oversee the design and management of data library and dashboards to deliver timely, actionable insights and support ad-hoc analytical needs while ensuring data integrity and accurate data extraction. - Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, providing strategic recommendations to guide decision-making. - Use analytics to track key sales-related metrics and develop frameworks for continuous improvement and strategic planning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience working in multi-national companies or related departments with relevant experience, preferably within the life insurance industry. - Skills: Strong strategic and analytical skills, excellent in planning & implementation - Agile mindset and be able to adapt with fast change and confidently steps into the unknown. - Fluent in English and Vietnamese
